Witnessed by Alexander and Sarah E. Baldridge, both of Romulus, Seneca Co. New York.
His Codicil:

I William W. Baldrige of the town of Varick in the County of Seneca and State of New York do make this Codicil to my last Will in words as follows: Whereas in and by my last Will and Testament dated on or about the 23rd day of July 1864 I did by the first item in the second provision make provision for Charles Baldridge, Mary, James, Mahlon, Milton, Sarah and Martha Baldridge children of my son John Baldridge now deceased each share and share alike of one third part of my estate after my legal debts were discharged and whereas I loaned to my son
John Baldridge in his lifetime a sum of money and whereas the Estate of son John has been settled and tis ascertained that said estate has become insolvent and therefore the said heirs of my son John as above mentioned have obtained through their father in his lifetime more than their full share of my estate I now therefore in view of the conditions of the above mentioned facts do direct that the children of my son John above named have no part of my estate but that my executor do divide between Clara Pearse and Melina Mosher after prying off the legacies named in the first provision of my said will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of May 1865.
