Henry I "el Gordo," King of Navarre, son of Thibaud IV, King of Navarre and Margaret de Bourbon, was born 1249.1 He died at Pamplona, Spain, 22 July 1274,1 and was buried at the Pamplona Cathedral, Pamplona, Spain.1

Henry married Blanche of Artois, daughter of Sir Robert of France "le Vaillant," Knt., Count of Artois and Mahaut of Brabant, at Melun, France, before February 1269.1,2
