Alice de Warenne, daughter of Sir William de Warenne, Knt. and Joan de Vere, died between 1331 and 1338.1

Alice married Sir Edmund de Arundel, Knt., 9th Earl of Arundel, son of Sir Richard Fitz Alan de Arundel, Knt., 8th Earl of Arundel and Alice de Saluzzo, after 30 December 1304.2

Her maritagium included the manors of High Roding, margaretting, Ovesham Hall (in Matching), Prittlewell, and Woolston (in Chigwell), Essex.

In 1327 as a widow, she was granted the manor of Maplederwell, Hampshire by the king, but soon afterwards he made other provisions for Alice and her children.3
