Thomas married Katharine Gillhampton, daughter of Oliver Gilhampton and Elizabeth (…), at St. Michael's Parish, Barbados, 20 September 1685.2,3

Thomas left a long will dated 3 April 1699, and later proved at London, 15 Nov 1699. In it, Thomas directs or leaves to (paragraphing added for clarity):
Thomas died at sea enroute to England, and later probate shows a grant to Katherine for the use of John and Richard Dubois, residual legatees, so son Thomas must have died soon after his father, under age 21.7

To nephew John Duboys, son of brother Major John Duboys deceased and Elizabeth his wife £50
To nephew Richard son of said brother John, £200,
To brother in law Thomas Trent, Esq., and sister Ann his wife £50 each and £50 to each of their children
