Tabitha Bagby, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born 1 April 1817.1 She died at Hire, McDonough Co., Illinois, 27 January 1856,1 and was buried at South Cemetery, Hire, McDonough Co., Illinois.1

Tabitha married, as his 2nd wife, Dickinson Garten, son of Griffith Garten and Hannah Miller, at Hancock Co., Illinois, 27 July 1837.2,1
