Frances M. Halsey, daughter of Elisha Halsey and Hannah Pierson, was born 5 May 1808.1 She died 25 December 1897,1 and was buried at the Hayground Cemetery, Bridgehampton, Suffolk Co., New York.1

Frances married, as his 2nd wife, Alanson Cook, son of Nathan Topping Cook and Mary Howell, after 1852.1
