Elizabeth Smith, daughter of James Andrew Smith and Margaret Truax, was born at Fayette Co., Kentucky, 1788.1,2 She died at Gibson Co., Indiana, 5 April 1869.2

Elizabeth married (1) Absalom Redman at Adair Co., Kentucky, 5 August 1806;3 she married (2), as his 2nd wife, Charles Epperson, son of John Epperson and Elizabeth Lambert, at Adair Co., 2 April 1827.4
