Philip IV "le Bel," Chev., King of France, son of Philippe III, King of France and Isabella of Aragon, was born at Fontainebleau, France, about May 1268.1 He died at Fontainebleau, 29 November 1314,1 and was buried at the Abbey of Saint-Denis, France.1

Philip married Jeanne of Navarre, Queen of Navarre, daughter of Henry I "el Gordo," King of Navarre and Blanche of Artois, 16 August 1284.1
