Isabel de Despenser, daughter of Sir Hugh le Despenser, Knt., Earl of Winchester, 1st Lord Despenser and Isabel de Beauchamp, died 4 December 1334,1 and was buried at Grey Friars, Salisbury, Wiltshire, England.1

Isabel married (1) Sir Gilbert de Clare, Knt., son of Sir Thomas de Clare, Knt. and Juliane Fitz Maurice, say 1306;1 she married (2), as his 2nd wife, Sir John de Hastings, Knt., 1st Lord Hastings, son of Sir Henry de Hastings, Knt. and Joan de Cantelowe, about 1308;1 she married (3), as his 2nd wife, Sir Ralph de Monthermer, Knt., 1st Lord Monthermer, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), before 20 November 1318.1
