Abigail Pearson, whose ancestry is unknown (or not traced here), was born at New York, in 1788. The death certificate of her son Samuel gives her maiden name.1,2,3 She died after 1860, when she was noted as "deaf and dumb" in the census.1

Abigail married Abraham Butts, son of Isaac Butts and Wait Cain, say 1807.4
