Eleanor of Castile, daughter of Saint Fernando III, King of Castile and Joan de Dammartin, was born about 1241.1 She died at Harby, Nottinghamshire, England, 28 November 1290,1 and was buried at Westminster Abbey, England, 17 December 1290.1

Eleanor married Edward I "Longshanks," King of England, son of Henry III, King of England and Eleanor of Provence, at Las Huelgas, Spain, 18 October 1254.1
